History
Panzer III Ausf.H made its appearance at the end of 1940, armed from the very start with the 50mm KwK L/42 and its loading of 99 rounds. A total of 3750 rounds of 7.92mm were available for its secondary armament composed of 2 MG34. Notable fact, a rack in an imposing trunk on the rear deck made it possible to transport smoke bombs. Panzer III Ausf.H was produced with 308 specimens by firms MAN, Alkett, Henschel, Wegmann, MNH and MIAG between October 1940 and April 1941.
