Pz.Kpfw I Ausf.A was used as a basis for Flakpanzer I armed with the anti-aircraft 20 mm Flak 38 L/112.5. It is in fact based on Munitionsschlepper I Ausf.A (Sd.Kfz.111). The anti-aircraft gun was assembled on the floor in the place of the turret of origin.
